Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the exoprop website and web application ("the Service") provided by [Legal entity name], [address] ("exoprop", "we"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
1. What exoprop is — and is not
exoprop is a software dashboard. It lets you link trading accounts held at third-party platforms (such as Tradovate, TopstepX and Rithmic), view charts and market data, see your accounts and trade history, keep a journal, track prop-firm rules and expenses, and — where enabled — submit orders to those platforms through their APIs.
exoprop is not a broker, exchange, prop firm, investment adviser or financial institution. We do not hold your funds, execute trades ourselves, or give investment advice. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts.
- Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Linking third-party platforms
- You may only link accounts you are authorised to use. You remain bound by the terms of each platform and of any prop firm whose account you link.
- Some platforms charge for API access. Those fees are between you and the platform.
- Data we show comes from the platforms. We cannot guarantee it is complete, timely or error-free — always confirm positions, orders and balances in the platform itself.
- You can disconnect a platform at any time; we then delete the related credentials and synced data.
4. Trading risk
Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance shown in statistics is not indicative of future results. Simulated ("paper") trading in exoprop does not reflect real market conditions such as slippage, liquidity or fees. Any trading decision you make is yours alone.
Where order routing to a live platform is enabled, you acknowledge that orders may be delayed, rejected or fail because of network conditions, platform outages or errors, and that the platform's own records are authoritative. You are responsible for monitoring your positions and for having a way to manage them if exoprop is unavailable.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no unauthorised access, no interfering with its operation, no scraping or reselling the market data or the Service, no reverse engineering except where the law allows, and no use that violates any law or the rules of a linked platform or prop firm.
6. Fees
The core Service is currently free. Optional paid add-ons (such as copy trading) are described, together with their prices and cancellation terms, at the point of purchase. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not affect periods already paid for.
7. Market data
Market data is provided for your personal use within the Service and may be delayed. It is the property of the respective exchanges and data providers and may not be redistributed.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and content, belongs to exoprop or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it. Your journal entries and settings remain yours; you grant us the right to store and process them to provide the Service.
9. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and will try to give notice of material changes.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, and we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including losses caused by incorrect or delayed data, failed or delayed orders, or third-party platform outages. Our liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product liability law remains unaffected; for slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
11. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in a way that creates risk for us or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive (4, 8, 10, 12) survive termination.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [country], excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is [city].
